Mixed BERRIES with agave syrup

Mixed berries with agave syrup is one of the simplest and healthiest vegan breakfasts. A perfect way to give an antioxidant boost to your body

  • 80 gr fresh blueberries
  • 80 gr fresh raspberries
  • 80 gr fresh strawberries
  • 80 gr fresh blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
  • Wash all the berries and put them in a big bowl
  • Stir in the agave syrup and add the flaxseed or chia seeds as a topping
  • Et voilà, your healthy breakfast is ready.
  • PS: I usually combine it with coffee and soy milk
