Vegan Scrambled EGGS

Vegan scrambled egg is a perfect recipe to satisfy you if you are a fan of scrambled eggs for breakfast or you can’t live without them for your toast. This recipe will save your life. A perfect substitution for eggs, where you can have them for your breakfast, put them on your favorite toast, or even mix them in your salad. It’s also perfect to be put on top of your vegan rebel fried rice.

  • 250 natural firm tofu (mash it or crumble it with your hand)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Fresh Parsley or chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil or any seeds oil
  • Put the crumbled tofu in a pan. Add all the spices and the oil.
  • Cook them with medium-high heat until all the ingredients are mixing well, add the parsley or chives, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • They are ready once you have the yellow color and spices evenly spread. Serve them hot with your favorite dish.
