RED LENTILS Tortilla

Red lentils tortilla is a quick, simple, nutritious, and delicious side dish plant-based recipe. A perfect solution if you don’t have much time or if you are running out of bread. This recipe is perfect as a side dish for rebel vegan fajitas.

  • 2-3 people servings

  • For any occasion

  • 100 gr red lentils flour
  • 10 gr rice flour
  • 20 gr tapioca flour
  • 150 ml acqua
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano herbs (or any of your favorite herbs)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well, leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Brush lightly the pan with olive oil and heat it at medium heat, pour one big spoon of butter on the pan.
  • Cook 3 minutes on each side, flip only when the bottom part is not sticky anymore.
  • Serve hot with your favorite main dish.
