Vegan Rebel PUPCAKE

Vegan Rebel PUPcake is sweet that you can also enjoy with your furry friends. This is an awesome recipe for those who love dogs and love to share anything with their beloved 4-legged friends. A quick, simple, easy, and delicious recipe that you must try! And guess what? It’s sweet even with no sugar!

  • 160 gr oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 mature large bananas (mashed)
  • 5 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons of neutral oil (canola/olive oil, etc)

  • Preheat the oven at 175°C. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and baking powder) in a bowl.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth then add the peanut butter, oil, and the vanilla extract, mix well.
  • Mix the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient, use a spatula or you can also use a mixer for a smoother result.
  • Once you get the thick homogenous batter, start to scoop it into a cupcake mold.
  • Put them into the oven for 18 minutes or until browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

PS: If you decide to be a bit selfish without sharing it with your dogs, you can add cocoa powder and chocolate chips and they will be even more delicious!
