Mixed Berries with Soy YOGURT

  • 80 gr fresh blueberries
  • 80 gr fresh raspberries
  • 80 gr fresh strawberries
  • 80 gr fresh blackberries
  • 125 gr soy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • Wash all the berries and put them in a big bowl
  • Stir in the soy yogurt and add the flaxseed or chia seeds as a topping
  • Et voilà, your healthy breakfast is ready.
  • PS: I usually combine it with coffee and soy milk
